Current obsession: Non-flabby Arms. Flabby arms is one of women’s greatest enemy. No amount of cardio workout seems to get rid of it. Fret not, here’s push ups to the rescue!
There are many benefits to push ups. Not only does it works your arms (triceps), it also works your shoulders (deltoids) and chests (Pectoralis major and pectoralis minor). Other than that, it also trains your core muscles. But be careful there, every exercise requires one to perform it properly. So how do we perform a proper push up?
Should you find that is it is difficult, you can place your knees on the floor but maintaining the same posture of a proper push up.
If you find that push up is too easy for you, try a harder variation by using only one arm or place your legs on a higher ground. Work away those flabby arms!
