Alright, is a <mostly> sets of 3 day for the few basic exercise:

Gym Log 130713

No personal record hit this time & every even the form for some pull ups & rows are like SH*T! Still did not manage to hot 80kg x 3 for squats. DAMN! But keep it going & I believe it will happen SOON!
