Being more realistic here, imagine yourself going for an interview. What first impression do you want to give to your potential boss? A good posture helps you to score an impression (a good one) and you will look more confident standing tall.

There are really 101 benefits to a having a good posture and I’ll leave you to google that yourself. What I’m concern here is how to get one.

Looking back at the year that just passed, I do see many regrets. There are many things that I could have done better and many things I could have achieved but yet now it seems so far away.
