Beauty obsession: What’s in my make up bag for my everyday look.

Time: 01 30

Status: Back from a long day in school and refusing to start studying, instead choose to blog to relieve stress.

If you still do not know, I have ultra sensitive skin and they are pretty acne-prone too. So I’d always like to keep my make up minimal. But I can’t do without them as I really can’t stand imperfect skin! So for my current obsession, I have the following in my make up bag that’s good enough for what I’d like to call the “everyday-minimal-but-made-up” look.

Status: Enjoying a cup of ice-cold Spritzer

Yet another post I’ve got from Pinterest (Read: I’m on Pinterest!). With a such a hot and humid weather in Singapore (especially recently), I have been spending a bit more on drinks. So happen that I came across this non-alcoholic Rosemary Citrus Spritzer recipe by TheKitchn.com and the next thing I knew, I headed out to my grocer and bought the required ingredients.

This soda is great for party, brunch, etc. Or even you can make it for yourself on a hot and warm afternoon (just like what I did!)

I’m on Pinterest!

Ok peeps, I’m finally on Pinterest so if you do have an account, Follow Me on Pinterest!

So what is Pinterest?

“Pinterest lets you organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web. People use pinboards to plan their weddings, decorate their homes, and organize their favorite recipes.”

Best of all, it actually looks pretty! You can also browse through pins uploaded by others and gain inspirations. I’ve already seen some stuff which I might blog about in the near future so look forward to that.

How the pins look like! Pin It

The flip side to it is that you have to request an invite so it may take a day for you to set up an account (for they need to revert to you on the invitation) and you may also take a bit of time setting up your pinboards. However, you can connect it with your facebook or twitter account for log in. How convnient!

If you have a pinterest account and want me to follow you, simply write to me with your follow link attached!

Looking forward to pinning more!

VanityTrove: Beautiful Surprieses for February 2012!

VanityTrove Feb 1

Feb Trove!

Subscribed to my first VanityTrove and though there was some screw up with payment which result in me actually receiving my Trove slightly later but nonetheless, I was EXCITED to see the package on my table when I got home!

The concept of VanityTrove is pretty similar to BellaBox and GlamaBox where every month they will handpick a few sample items, package it together and send it out to subscribers. You don’t know what’s coming, which is where the fun lies: SURPRISE! (I may do a comparison chart on these 3 brands soon so you may want to keep a look out.)

Want to know what’s really in this Valentine’s Day Trove? Here’s the breakdown of what’s in the February Trove:
