Status: Wishing for a cup of pink lemonade.

I rarely crave for lemonade but yes, right now I’m craving for one because I saw this:

I was attracted by the pink and the glitter at first and then I realise is Pink Lemonade!

Another great drink for party, brunch, bridal shower etc. Or even make it for yourself on a hot and warm afternoon! [If lemonade is not your kind of drink, try this Rosemary Citrus Spritzer recipe]

What you need:

1 cup sugar
1 cup room temperature water
3 cups cold water
1 cup lemon juice
3 teaspoons grenadine
vodka (optional)

1. Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan and place the saucepan over medium heat.

2. Stir the mixture occasionally to help it dissolve, if necessary, then remove the saucepan from the heat when the sugar has completely dissolved.

3. Set aside to cool.

4. Pour the lemon juice (either fresh squeezed or store-bought is fine) into a pitcher.

5. Dilute the lemonade with the cold water, then add the simple syrup and grenadine and stir thoroughly to combine.

6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Variations:
Give it a little kick and spice up your drinks with Vodka to make it an alcoholic drink.
