Currently lying on a tanning bed, by the pool, sipping a glass of ginger ale & typing this. Life is good!

So here’s me lying by the pool, enjoying life.

So my essentials for a tanning session by the pool?

1. A good book. Currently loaded in my ipad is “The Tipping Point” quite a good read I have to say.
2. Phone/iPod. Current choice of poison: “Phantom of the opera OST”
3. Shades.

Well that’s pretty much it! Now, back to enjoying my holiday!

So here’s what I do:

Technically is a circuit workout but I just like to call it Start-the-day Workout. Sounds cooler!

Alrighty! I once blogged about <Trick to… Sexy Butt : Squats>. In it, I have talk about the benefits of squats & a video on how to perform a proper squats.

The thing is that I have always believe in squats. Truth to be told, after a month+ of constant workout in the gym doing squats as one of the main exercises, I did notice a more perky butt!

Alright, is a <mostly> sets of 3 day for the few basic exercise:

No personal record hit this time & every even the form for some pull ups & rows are like SH*T! Still did not manage to hot 80kg x 3 for squats. DAMN! But keep it going & I believe it will happen SOON!
